I have been looking for a while at the older building Pattaya Hill Resort and still considering to buy a place in the building but would like to hear from anyone else who is living or owning a condo there? I was in the Pattaya Hill Resort owners facebook group for a while but that seems to have gone quiet. 

I like the location but I am just a little worried about the management and maintenance of the building and any other unknown issues.
